Dehydration can play a huge role in our body malfunctioning & a headache can be one of the first signs it’s happening! Usually a dehydration headache can be felt on the front, sides or all over the head with no facial or sinus pressure. Loss of fluids can happen quick through heat, workouts, surgery, stress and so much more. Fluids replace your electrolytes, rids skin of toxins, fights oils and acne, restores your energy and sense of well being.
With the temperature rising here in Central Texas it’s important to make sure you drink plenty of water!
Not a fan of water or not enough hours in the day to drink it all? Here are some tips on how to boost hydration:
- Set timers to make sure you’re drinking water every hour.
- IV therapy for a boost of hydration & additional vitamins you may be low in!
- Add some different fruits & herbs to your water to change up the flavor. Here are some with the highest water content: berries, melons, oranges, grapes, carrots, spinach, cabbage grapes and lettuce.
